two amazing customer personas created with gen AI | ibm – petsrpals

australian shepherd and gray tabby on an orange background. Both animals are looking up as if waiting for a treat. They both look like they are smiling. graphic reads "customer personas and audience segmentation."

I’ve identified our two key audiences and they each live very different lives. I need to learn more about them in order to target them efficiently with a strategy and content that is relevant to them.

I used ChatGPT to create my initial customer personas. However, you can also use HubSpot’s HubSpot’s Make My Persona AI. After initially having the personas created I researched deeper into the audiences. Eventually throughout this campaign I’d end up asking more questions like what their likely gender was, if they were single or in relationships, etc.
